Deactivation of the account and data safety

Texim Bank’s Mobile Banking app, offers a wide range of services for individuals and businesses, which are described in the User Guide.

If you deactivate Texim Bank Mobile:

  • You can reactivate it whenever you want
  • You can access internet banking if you have one set up
  • You cannot access your mobile banking from this device
  • Information associated with your mobile banking account is deleted from your customer data

2. Select Settings

3. Select Deactivation

4. Read the Warning

5. Confirm it is you

6. Your account has been successfully deactivated
