Depository services

  • Storage of securities;
  • Carrying out transactions with financial instruments at the behest of clients;
  • Processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate events;

Bondholders' Trustee

  • Periodic analysis of the financial situation of the companies issuing bonds;
  • Submits reports to the regulated market and to the Financial Supervision Commission in accordance with the Law on the Public Offering of Securities, on the financial condition of the companies issuing bonds and the condition of collateral for bond issues;
  • Takes actions in accordance with the requirements of the LPA to protect the rights of the bondholders;
  • Assisting bondholders with issues related to the bond issue.
